Drop a mail to  Please mention your order id and reason for cancellation of order.

In case of order cancellation, we will refund your amount within 5 working days from the date of cancellation subject to status your order.  If your order is already shipped and it is transit then we have to check with our shipping partner and confirm with them about the order is cancelled and it should not be delivered to you. 

In case you have returned the order after receiving it. The amount of your order will be refunded after the original product reached to our warehouse. The product will be checked by QC team to verify the product  is not damaged and it accessories (label & price tag) are intact. QC will pass the approval of the product is in good condition.  We will process the refund in 48 working hours after the QC approval and provided the bank details by you.

Once your order confirmed and shipped, mail will be sent to you to indicate you. 

In case of any issue regarding your – Order, Refund, Cancellation or any other query. Please send a mail to

  • Covet India has a warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra. If the shipping address is within the state or any Metro City then standard shipping/delivery time will be 4 to 5 days. If the order is from the same city then it will deliver in 3 days.
  • If the shipping address from the other states and apart from the metro of states then standard delivery time will be 6 to 8 days.
  • Once the buyer places the order, confirmation will be sent his registered email id.
  • After the order is packed and ready to dispatch then same will intimated to the buyer by email.
  • Once our courier partner picks up the shipment, order tracking id will be provided to the buyer by email.
  • An order is delivered then confirmation will be sent by courier partner to us. 
  • Standard return is within 15 days from the date delivery.
  • The full refund is processed once the item is received in our warehouse in good condition. If the product is used and returned or its accessories like tags, label or if the product is damaged then no refund.
  • Buyer can send product images if they received damaged or tampered item. In this case, a buyer can request for replacement or full refund.
